Fauad Hasan is an executive and entrepreneur with 25+ years industry experience. He has built a career at the intersection of science, strategy, and capital-efficient company building. He is best known as the CEO of Bonti, developing a first-in-class BoNT/E and advancing it from concept to clinic. Bonti was acquired by Allergan, a transaction recognized as a benchmark in early-stage biotech value creation. He held leadership roles at Allergan and Regeneron contributing to development of several biologics. He remains active in aesthetics field as a board member, speaker, and advisor.
